Bank Account vs Client Account
After virtual account application, if the applicant sees “Banking” module, with both bank account number and INFII Wallet ID assigned to the account holder, this means that the applicant has successfully being assigned a virtual bank account. With that, the account holder can deposit or collect funds globally with the bank account number.
If otherwise, the applicant sees “Client Account” instead of “Banking” module, this means that the applicant has failed to acquire a bank account number due to compliance or other risk issues.
In this case, an alternative “Client Wallet” will be given to the account holder to collect funds, with only INFII Wallet ID assigned for internal transfer.
Refer to What is Internal Transfer.
Both “Banking” and “Client Account” module are indifferent in payment and transfer features, as both are accessible to Prime Remit and SWIFT settlement network for payment transfer.
Refer to How to Make Payment or Transfer.
