How to Freeze and Unfreeze a Card

If a card is lost or misplaced, you can freeze it instantly:

How to Freeze a Card

1. Go to the Cards section.
2. Select the card you want to block.
3. Click the Freeze button.

The card will be immediately disabled for all transactions. You can unfreeze it later if the card is recovered.

If you recover the card and wish to use it again:

How to Unfreeze a Card

1. Go to the Cards section.
2. Select the frozen card.
3. Click the Unfreeze button.

The card will be re-enabled and can be used for transactions again.
